CONTRACT 1299 COMPLIANT BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENT
JOIN THE WEST COAST BOUNTY TEAM. We are seeking contract Bail Enforcement Agents who are 1299 PC compliant to perform skip-traces, interviews, and apprehends FTA subjects who are fugitives or violate conditions of their bail. WCB operates 24/7/365 along with the ability to work out of various locations in the state of California All WCB agents are 1299 compliant. We also service out-of-state skips with agencies whose fugitives are now known or suspected to be in California.

1299 PC REQUIREMENTS
(1) The person shall be at least 18 years of age.
(2) The person shall have completed a 40-hour power of arrest course certified by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training pursuant to Section 832. Completion of the course shall be for educational purposes only and not intended to confer the power of arrest of a peace officer or public officer, or agent of any federal, state, or local government, unless the person is so employed by a governmental agency.
(3) The person shall have completed a minimum of 20 hours of classroom education certified pursuant to Section 1810.7 of the Insurance Code.
(4) The person shall have completed a course of training in the exercise of the power to arrest offered pursuant to Section 7583.7 of the Business and Professions Code.
(5) The person shall not have been convicted of a felony.

Bail Speak Alumni and Spanish or second language speakers are a big plus with WCB.
